IOS 8 update fail with storage problem

OS 8 “Update Cannot be Installed Because it Requires GB of Storage”? Here’s How To Install It Anyway

Apple’s iOS 8, the latest version of the operating system for iPhone, iPad, and iPod, is now available.
However,  iphone require up to 6.7 GB free space other wise it will not update ios 8 saying that free space no enough.

Alternative ways:
UPdate ios 8 using Itunes instead of updating directly from Iphone, otherwise you might have to delete apps/photos etc to make at least 6 GB free space.
  1. Update iTunes to the latest version through Software Update
  2. Relaunch iTunes and connect the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the computer through a USB connection
  3. Choose the iOS device and under the summary tab click “Update”
  4. Select “Download & Install” to begin the updating process
