Today, in second semifinal match of Nepal Vs India SAAF Under-16 semifinals, 2011 (Result),
Indian has won in penalty shoot out.
After level score of 1-1 by Nepal and India, India scored 4 in penalty shoot.

With the start of match, Nepal was ahead when made goal against at 20 minute. Till 90 minutes, Score was Nepal-1, and India -0. IN additional 4 minute, Indian executed 1 goal from free kick, but completely wrong decision, In spite of hand made by Indian player in the goal post of Nepal, lines man didn't give any foul.
